‘From little acorns, mighty oaks grow.’
In Acorn class we especially love being creative, reading stories and learning in our outdoor areas. We have high expectations for all of our children to be the best that they can be through following our school values and encouraging them to be independent learners from the outset.
We have two teachers – Mrs Jones works at the beginning of the week and Mrs Devereux works at the end of the week. Our Teaching Assistant, Mrs Smith works in our classroom every morning and two afternoons. Our other Teaching Assistants are Miss Rawsthorne and Mrs Dugdale.
