Hellifield Uniform

This is what we expect pupils to wear when they attend Hellifield C.P. School:

Winter Uniform

• Navy jumper/cardigan (with or without our logo)
• Grey/black trousers/skirt/pinafore
• White or red polo shirt for under a jumper/cardigan
• Socks: Grey, black, navy or white
• Black/dark shoes/boots (no logos or bright colours)
• E: Navy or black shorts and a plain white t shirt (No sporting logos) Black pumps for indoor P.E / Trainers for outdoor P.E

Summer Uniform

• Blue gingham summer dress
• Grey/black tailored shorts
• Sandals with sufficient support (no flip flops or fashion sandals)

For younger pupils Velcro strap shoes may be the best option as they are easier to fasten.  Please avoid laces until your child can confidently tie these.

PE:

Navy or black shorts and a plain white t shirt (No sporting logos)

Black pumps/Trainers for indoor P.E / Trainers for outdoor P.E

Children with long hair must wear this tied back so it does not fall on the face.  This is essential during PE lessons.

We are moving to School Trends – our new uniform suppliers.  Please also check our School Money Shop to see reduced items we have remaining.

School uniform will now be ordered directly by parents and carers from our supplier, School Trends, and they are now open for business!

Head to the parents’ home page – choose ‘find my school’ then enter our school’s name and post code, which is Long Preston Endowed VA Primary School, BD23 4PN.  Alternatively, click here.

There are no minimum order quantities, and your uniform will be delivered directly to your chosen address.  As well as our approved decorated school uniform, you can also order plain items such as trousers, skirts, and shirts.

Please note embroidered school logo items can be ordered via School Trends; for other items it may be worth shopping around for items as prices may vary.

Giggleswick School Clothing

We like all pupils to wear school clothing in the colours, ideally with the school logo.

Our school clothing colours are:

• plain navy blue and plain royal blue for top garments (sweatshirts, cardigans, jumpers, pinafore dress, polo shirts)
• plain navy blue for bottom garments (trousers [not jeans], shorts, skirts)
• white can be worn as a polo shirt, shirt or blouse, if preferred to navy and royal blue
• black can be used for trousers or shorts, where navy blue is not available
• blue and white gingham dresses can also be worn in the summer.

P.E. clothing:

• plain navy or royal blue shorts (navy or royal blue jogging bottoms may be preferred when the weather is colder)
• plain white, royal or navy blue T shirt (navy or royal blue sweatshirt or fleece may be preferred when the weather is colder)
• trainers
• drawstring bag (can be purchased from school).

School footwear is low-heeled shoes or sandals (not open-toed), not trainers and not Uggboot style footwear

School clothing can be ordered from school, or purchased from MC SPORTS in Skipton (where garments with the school logo are available), or from any school wear retailer of your choice.
